By accessing or using the platform, submitting information, or applying for verification, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

2. Nature of Services

Global Coach Verification provides:

  • Structured professional verification review
  • Assessment and risk classification
  • Accreditation determination
  • Professional Register listing
  • Corporate verification access
  • Governance oversight functions

Global Coach Verification is an independent verification authority and does not act as:

  • A regulatory licensing body
  • A recruitment agency
  • A marketplace intermediary
  • A guarantor of professional performance

Section 3

3. Eligibility

Verification and accreditation services are available only to individuals who:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Agree to comply with the Code of Professional Conduct
  • Submit required documentation and assessments
  • Meet eligibility thresholds defined under the Standards & Criteria

Global Coach Verification reserves the right to decline applications at its discretion.

Section 4

4. Verification Process

Verification includes structured review and assessment. Applicants acknowledge:

  • Submission does not guarantee accreditation
  • Accreditation decisions are based on documented review criteria
  • Risk classifications reflect assessment outcomes at time of review
  • Governance review may result in approval, conditional status, or non-accreditation

All accreditation decisions are final unless subject to formal review procedures.

5. Accreditation Status

Accreditation:

  • Confirms structured review compliance
  • Reflects standards alignment at time of assessment
  • Is subject to governance oversight
  • May be suspended or revoked

Accreditation does not:

  • Guarantee commercial success
  • Guarantee professional competence beyond documented review
  • Replace independent due diligence by third parties

Section 6

6. Professional Register

The Professional Register displays accreditation status. Register information:

  • Reflects status at time of lookup
  • May include Active, Under Review, Suspended, or Revoked status
  • Does not disclose confidential assessment details

Global Coach Verification reserves the right to update or remove entries in accordance with governance policy.

Section 7

7. Fees & Payments

Where applicable:

  • Accreditation activation fees are payable annually
  • Corporate verification services may be subject to agreed fees
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Failure to maintain payment may result in inactive accreditation status

Fee structures may be updated with reasonable notice.

Section 8

8. Use of the Website

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse verification data
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Republish register data without permission
  • Misrepresent accreditation status
  • Interfere with platform integrity

Global Coach Verification reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

9. Data Protection

Data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection & Privacy framework and formal Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge:

  • Data is collected for verification purposes
  • Limited accreditation information may be publicly accessible
  • Governance records may be retained under defined retention policies

10. Corporate Use & Due Diligence

Organisations using verification services acknowledge:

  • Verification supports but does not replace internal procurement procedures
  • Final engagement decisions remain the organisation's responsibility
  • Verification does not constitute endorsement

Section 11

11. Suspension & Revocation

Accreditation may be suspended or revoked where:

  • Material misrepresentation is identified
  • Ethical violations are substantiated
  • Governance standards are breached
  • Required information is withheld

Governance decisions are recorded within the Professional Register.

Section 12

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Coach Verification shall not be liable for:

  • Professional outcomes
  • Commercial losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Reliance decisions made by third parties

Verification reflects structured review compliance only.

Section 13

13. Intellectual Property

All framework materials, methodology, content, and system structure remain the intellectual property of Global Coach Verification.

Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Section 14

14. Amendments

Global Coach Verification reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
