Professional Misrepresentation Policy

Policy governing accuracy, integrity, and accountability within the Global Coach Verification framework.

Section 1

1. Purpose of Policy

Global Coach Verification operates under a structured verification framework that relies on accurate and truthful information provided by applicants.

This policy defines how material misrepresentation is identified, reviewed, and addressed within the accreditation process.

The integrity of the Professional Register depends upon compliance with this policy.

Section 2

Where concerns arise, a structured governance review will be initiated.

Section 5

5. Review Outcomes

Following review, outcomes may include:

  • Request for clarification or documentation
  • Conditional status pending evidence
  • Suspension of accreditation
  • Revocation of accreditation
  • Removal from the Professional Register

Findings are recorded within governance documentation.

Section 6

Where material misrepresentation presents potential reputational or governance risk, accreditation status may be marked:

Under Governance Review

Pending formal determination.

This precautionary step does not imply final judgement.

Section 7

7. Revocation of Accreditation

Accreditation may be revoked where:

  • Material false information is substantiated
  • Fabricated documentation is identified
  • Ethical breach is confirmed
  • Governance standards are materially violated

Revoked status may be publicly reflected within the Professional Register.

Section 8

8. Reporting Misrepresentation

Organisations or individuals who believe misrepresentation has occurred may submit a confidential report to the Governance Office.

Reports must include:

  • Verification ID (if known)
  • Description of concern
  • Supporting evidence

All submissions are reviewed under structured governance protocols.

Section 9

9. Clarification of Scope

Global Coach Verification:

  • Reviews professional claims under defined standards
  • Documents findings under governance procedures

It does not:

  • Act as a law enforcement body
  • Provide criminal investigation authority
  • Guarantee absence of undisclosed conduct

Accreditation reflects compliance at time of structured review.

The Professional Misrepresentation Policy exists to protect the integrity of the verification framework and the organisations relying upon it.
